My recent stay at Seehotel Baumgarten in the charming village of Kehrsiten by Lake Lucerne truly exceeded my expectations in every aspect. First and foremost, the staff's exceptional treatment of my elderly parents was truly heartwarming. Natalie, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure their comfort and made our experience unforgettable. The terrace not only offered breathtaking views but also trapped the sun till late in the day, creating a perfect setting for enjoying a glass of wine and a meal from the excellent restaurant. The attention to detail in the newly furnished rooms was impeccable, with quality fittings, spotless cleanliness, and modern amenities like a flat-screen TV and free toiletries, enhancing our stay.The hotel's dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in the array of facilities provided, from the efficient heating system that kept us warm and cozy to the well-equipped kitchen with cookware and utensils for our convenience. The added touch of homemade cake during breakfast and complimentary jam upon checkout truly showcased the hotel's commitment to creating a memorable experience for guests.
